The City of Thorne Bay is requesting Proposals for construction of a multi-use community
building. Dimensions of the one-story building are 36’ x 76’.
Submission Requirements:
Notice for Submission provides the submission deadline and other details. Submissions
must include the following information. Additional information will be accepted and
considered during the review process:
- Statement of Interest and Intent
- Company Profile (history, organization, specialization, etc.)
- Comprehensive List of Services Offered
- Experience with commercial / public building construction
- Customer References based on the above experiences, especially references from public entities
- Standard Contract / Standard Conditions
- Cost estimates
