City Administration Offices

This department is comprised of the City Administrator and City Clerk's Office.  The Administrative Department is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of city operations.

City Administrator

The City Administrator is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the City Council. The City Administrator is responsible for the supervision of various departments, and manages all grant's and contracts for the City.

Budgeting & Finance

An operating budget deals with money; for operating expenses for services and activities such as general administration, public safety, recreation, road maintenance, and water and sewer. The money received for operations is frequently referred to as unrestricted revenue because it can be used for any purpose authorized by the governing body.
