The City of Thorne Bay is requesting bids for the removal of a multi-use community building, “The Bay Chalet”. Dimensions of the one-story building are 30’ x 72’. There may be a considerable amount of reusable material in this old structure, including metal siding, roofing, windows, doors, etc. Any and all furnishings and/or equipment not part of the building fixtures, such as chairs currently stored in the building, will be removed and are not part of the sale.
Bids are due by 4 pm on August 26th, 2022, at the City of Thorne Bay in an envelope clearly marked “Bay Chalet Building Removal Services”. The building and all debris must be completely removed from the site by September 30, 2022.
