Gift cards for the Thorne Bay Market will be mailed on Monday December 21st, to all eligible households that applied for the Residential Relief Funding and selected this method of payment.
When can I expect to have the funding for my City Utility account processed?
Residents that requested their Residential Relief Funding to be used for their City utilities (water, sewer, garbage), will also be processed on Monday, December 21, 2020.
The deadline to submit applications for the Residential Relief Funding is Friday, December 18, 2020, BY 12:00PM. The City will begin to review applications Friday afternoon and will mail each eligible household their Certificates for the Thorne Bay Market Monday, December 21, 2020. If you applied for your funding as gift card(s) and have not received anything by Wednesday, December 23rd, please contact City Hall.
