Homeowner Assistance Available through Alaska Housing Corp
Homeowners now have the opportunity to apply for Alaska Housing Homeowner Assistance, part of the congressionally approved American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Designed to offer relief to Alaska homeowners facing pandemic-related financial hardships, this program is intended to prevent mortgage delinquencies and the loss of critical services.

NEW LIBRARY UPDATES
The New THORNE BAY LIBRARY is ready to ship in mid – September. The final inspection was August 19th and every-thing is ready to go. Volunteers have been working these past several weeks on the foundation and that is almost complete as well. The only thing left is the placing of the support beams under the building.
