CLOSED Recruiting Workers for Road Maintenance Projects
The City of Thorne Bay is seeking Flaggers, Laborers, Truck Drivers & Heavy Equipment Operators for project work. Your rate of pay will be determined based upon the position and your experience. We are seeking to create a roster of qualified individuals for these construction related positions who would be available for various project assignments as the need arises. It is anticipated some projects could start immediately.
City Council Meeting – April 5, 2022 at 6pm
Join us on Tuesday, April 5th at 6pm in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 120 Freeman Drive, Thorne Bay, AK 99919, for our Regular City Council meeting. The council will begin with their Workshop at 6pm and then open for the Regular Meeting at 6:30 p.m. If you cannot attend in person, join us by teleconference or video conferencing using Cisco Webex.
