The New THORNE BAY LIBRARY is ready to ship in mid – September. The final inspection was August 19th and every-thing is ready to go. Volunteers have been working these past several weeks on the foundation and that is almost complete as well. The only thing left is the placing of the support beams under the building.

The SISD Board of Education has new vacancy (Seat 2E) and plans to fill this vacancy by appointing a board member to this seat at their May 19, 2021 regular meeting.
