The City Administrator supervises the overall operations of the City to assure that the City Code, Personnel Manual, State and Federal requirements are followed. Working with all staff, Committees and the Planning Commission, the Administrator develops budgets, policies and standard operating procedures. Hiring & Personnel matters are the responsibility of the Administrator.

Additional Duties:

The City Administrator supervises the overall operations of the City to assure that the City Code, Personnel Manual, State and Federal requirements are followed. Working with staff, Committees and the Planning Commission, the Administrator develops budgets, policies and standard operating procedures. Hiring & Personnel matters are the responsibility of the Administrator.

Additionally, this position is responsible for the writing and administration of all grants applicable and necessary for City functions including but not limited to Capital Improvement Projects, new construction, economic development opportunities, infrastructure / facilities upgrades, etc. as assigned by verbal or written direction from the Mayor and/or City Council.
