Free Narcan Training POW Opioid & Addictions Task Force,

Dear Members and Friends of the POW Opioid and Addictions Task Force,

We are pleased to announce that we now have Peer Support Specialists with a Recovery Support Team on the Island! You are invited to come and hear about it and what it means for our island at the next monthly meeting on Feb. 4th at 5 PM at the POW Health Care Facility in the Craig/PeaceHealth Conference Room.

Future Training and Event planning will also be on the agenda.

On Feb. 9th at 9:30 AM the Peer Support Specialists will be having a Narcan Kit Building Event in the PeaceHealth Conference Room followed by a

Narcan Training open to you and the public at 10 AM – 11 AM in the same room.

Narcan reverses the effects of an opioid overdose. It is the only thing that will reverse the effects of respiratory shut down from having too much opioid in the brain.

Save a life, get a Narcan Kit.
